In this notice, the expressions we, us, our, and Cartology NZ are a reference to Cartology NZ, a division of Woolworths New Zealand Limited.

We may share your personal information within Woolworths New Zealand Limited and our parent company Woolworths Group Limited for the purposes explained in this notice or our Privacy Policy (see link below). We may also share this information onto persons, companies or other entities who perform functions or services on our behalf, such as IT services, call centre, gateway providers, or where otherwise required by law. Some of those companies we may disclose personal information to may be located overseas in countries including in Australia. We will request that any organisation to which your personal information is disclosed also treats the information as confidential.
